Restroom Trailers
A restroom trailer is what you rent when a portable restroom isn’t the right fit. Running water, flushing toilets, climate control, proper lighting and a door that closes like a bathroom door. Browse the trailers below, or tell us your guest count and we’ll size it for you.
Choosing a trailer
Two things drive the choice: how many people, and how long.
Two and three stall suits smaller weddings, private parties and small crews. Four stall handles mid-size events and longer job sites. Eight and ten stall covers festivals, large weddings and big construction crews working extended shifts. ADA-accessible configurations are available across the range and are worth planning for rather than adding late.
A rough guide for events is one stall per fifty guests over a few hours, with more added for longer events, alcohol service, or a venue with no fixed restrooms nearby.
Sizes and capacities
Most 2-stall trailers measure 15 feet long, 9 feet wide and 11 feet tall. Waste capacity is where they differ, and it matters more than the footprint does. Our 2-stall Majestic holds 150 gallons of waste. Our 2-stall UltraLAV holds 335 gallons. At the same guest count, that is more than double the time between services.
Three stall units run 19 feet long. The Black Tie carries 352 gallons of waste.
Four stall units range from 19 to 24 feet depending on model, with waste capacity from 300 to 440 gallons.
Eight and ten stall units run 25 to 30 feet long, carrying 750 to 980 gallons of waste.
ADA units need more room than people expect
The ADA+2 trailer measures 23 feet long and 12 feet wide as it arrives. Allow more than that once the ramp is down, and plan around the set-up footprint rather than the towed one — that is the number most people miss until the trailer is on site.
Waste capacity is 360 gallons, and a shower and restroom combination is available in the same configuration.
What the site needs
Water. One garden hose bib with a continuous supply. If there is no water at the site we can fill the on-board tanks before delivery, but a continuous supply is strongly recommended for anything longer than a few hours.
Power. Depending on the size and model, one to four standard type B 110v outlets, each on its own dedicated breaker. Trailers draw up to 30 to 50 amps to run all amenities.
No power at the site? Our trailers run off a generator. You supply the generator, we will tell you what it needs to handle.
Access. Our delivery truck needs about 12 feet of height clearance and level ground to set the trailer down. If the delivery point is tight, tell us before the day rather than on it.
Events and construction are priced differently
An event trailer goes out for a weekend. A construction trailer goes out for months with weekly pumping and janitorial service behind it, so the two aren’t comparable on price and we quote them separately.
Restroom trailer rentals start from $1,000. What you actually pay depends on stall count, how long you need it, how far we’re driving, and which of those two jobs it is, so we quote every one rather than list them.
Where we deliver
