Description
How it differs from a standard unit
A standard portable restroom holds waste in the tank below. A flushing unit uses a fresh water flush and keeps a separate supply for the sink, so the bowl clears after each use and the interior stays noticeably fresher through a long day.
That difference matters most when the same units get heavy use over hours rather than a quick turnover, which is why events and weddings lean on them.
Where they work best
Weddings and receptions where guests are dressed up. Corporate events and company functions. Multi-day festivals. Backyard parties at homes without the plumbing to handle extra guests. Long construction rentals where crews are on site every day.
If you are weighing this against a restroom trailer, the trailer adds climate control, more space and multiple stalls in one unit. If you are weighing it against a standard restroom, this adds the flush and the sink.
Dimensions
The unit stands 7 feet 6 inches tall and measures 4 feet by 4 feet on the ground, with 85 cubic feet of interior space. That is the same footprint as our standard portable restroom, so if you have placed one before, this one goes in the same spot.
If you need a wheelchair accessible unit alongside it, plan for more room. Those measure 5 feet 1 inch square rather than 4 by 4, because the interior has to allow a chair to turn.

Delivery, placement, scheduled servicing and pickup. Servicing frequency is set with you rather than defaulted, and higher-use setups get serviced more often.
We can pair these with handwashing stations, ADA-accessible units and standard restrooms in the same order, which is the usual setup for a larger event.
