Do you have limits on how long I can rent a porta potty?

You Can Rent A Porta Potty for As Long As You Want.

No, we understand that every client’s needs are different. You may need a porta potty for just one day or you may need one for weeks. We can schedule a porta potty to arrive on-site and stay for as long as you need it.

Will my porta potty be clean when it arrives?

Yes, Patriot Portable Restrooms Cleans and Sanitizes.

Absolutely! All of our porta potties and portable toilets are completely sanitized and cleaned before they are brought to your site. We are dedicated to providing you with porta potties that are sanitary for your guests or employees.

Why should I choose your company?

We Have Over 30 Years Of Portable Sanitation Experience

Although all porta potties may seem virtually the same, we strive to set ourselves apart by providing extraordinary service. You can count on us to show up when we say we will, with the type of porta potty you have ordered.

How much does a porta potty rental cost?

Pricing depends on the unit type, rental length, location, and service frequency.

A standard porta potty for a weekend event typically costs less than a long-term construction rental that includes weekly cleaning. The cleanest way to get accurate pricing is to call us at (866) 654-4107 or request a free quote online — we’ll factor in delivery distance, service schedule, and any add-ons so there are no surprise fees later.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — all quotes are free with no obligation.

Tell us what type of event or project you’re running, how many people will use the restrooms, how long you need them, and the delivery address. We’ll come back with a clear price and timing. No deposit required to get a quote.

Are there discounts for long-term construction rentals?

Yes, monthly rates are significantly lower per-day than short-term event rentals.

If you’re running a construction project that lasts months, we’ll set up a recurring service schedule and bill monthly — usually with weekly cleanings included. Call us to discuss a long-term agreement, and we’ll match the schedule to your job’s stage of completion.

What's included in the rental price?

Delivery, pickup, regular servicing, and standard supplies are all included.

Our base rental covers placement of the unit, scheduled cleaning while it’s on-site, supply restocking (toilet paper, hand sanitizer where applicable), and removal at the end of your rental. Special-event units may include extra restocks based on attendee count.

Do you charge extra for weekend or after-hours delivery?

Standard weekday delivery is included; weekend and rush delivery may incur a small surcharge.

We try to accommodate every schedule — including last-minute orders for events on the weekend — but premium scheduling fees can apply. Mention your timing when you request a quote so we can give you exact pricing upfront.

What types of portable restrooms do you offer?

We rent standard porta potties, flushing units, ADA-accessible units, luxury restroom trailers, and hand-washing stations.

Standard porta potties are the most common choice for construction sites and outdoor events. Flushing restrooms add a fresh-water flush for comfort. Luxury restroom trailers offer climate control, real sinks, and full lighting — ideal for weddings and corporate events.

What's the difference between a standard porta potty and a flushing portable toilet?

A standard porta potty uses a holding tank with deodorizer; a flushing porta potty has a fresh-water flush mechanism.

Flushing units feel closer to a residential bathroom, hold less odor, and are often chosen for higher-end events. Standard units are more affordable and well-suited for construction jobs where the priority is durability over luxury.

Do you have ADA-accessible portable restrooms?

Yes, we offer ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible portable restrooms.

These are larger units with ground-level entry, interior support rails, and enough space for a wheelchair to turn around comfortably. ADA units are required by the ADA at many public events and recommended for any event open to the general public.

What features do your luxury restroom trailers include?

Climate control, flushing toilets, real sinks with hot water, interior lighting, and stall privacy.

Our trailers come in 2-stall, 3-stall, 4-stall, 8-stall, and 10-stall configurations. Larger trailers add features like mirrors, vanity space, and stereo systems. They’re ideal for weddings, galas, corporate retreats, and any event where guest comfort matters.

Do you offer hand-washing stations?

Yes — we rent standalone portable hand-washing stations and hand-sanitizer dispensers.

Standalone sinks have fresh-water reservoirs and foot-pump operation; sanitizer dispensers are wall-mounted units that go next to the porta potty. We can package either with any porta potty or trailer rental.

How do you decide where to place the porta potty on-site?

We’ll work with you on placement during the quote call.

The ideal location is level ground accessible to our truck for both delivery and weekly servicing. Avoid soft soil, blocked driveways, or locations where the unit could tip in high wind. If your site has unusual access (tight gate, slope, mud), tell us ahead of time so we send the right truck.

What kind of access do you need for delivery?

Our delivery truck needs roughly 12 feet of clearance for height and a level surface to lower the unit.

A standard driveway or wide gate is usually enough. For service trucks to do weekly cleanings, the same access has to remain unblocked — so plan around long-term parking or equipment that might box the units in.

How far do you travel for deliveries?

We currently serve San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Phoenix, Coeur d’Alene, Brighton CO, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, and Spokane — and we’re constantly expanding into new markets.

If your location is outside our current service areas, call us — we may already be in your area, or we can quote a long-distance delivery via our partner network. Our footprint grows every quarter, so it’s always worth asking.

Can you deliver on holidays or weekends?

Yes, weekend delivery is available; major holidays may have limited availability.

Saturday delivery is routine for our event customers. Sunday and holiday delivery require advance scheduling. Book at least 5-7 days ahead for holiday weekends so we can confirm a delivery window.

How often do you service the rented porta potties?

Standard service is once per week, with more frequent service available for high-use events.

For construction sites we typically clean every 5-7 days. For events with hundreds or thousands of attendees, we can schedule mid-event service or stage extra units. Tell us expected attendance and we’ll match the service schedule.

What does servicing include?

Pumping the waste tank, sanitizing the interior, restocking toilet paper and supplies, and refreshing deodorizer.

Our service trucks pump the unit clean, scrub interior surfaces with disinfectant, and verify the lock, vent, and door hardware. Any complaints or damage observed get reported back to you within 24 hours.

How do you keep porta potties from smelling bad?

Regular cleaning, fresh deodorizer at every service, proper venting, and good placement reduce odor.

A clean porta potty serviced on schedule shouldn’t have a strong smell. Position the unit in shaded or well-ventilated spots when possible — direct sun and stagnant air accelerate odor buildup between services.

How many porta potties do I need for my event?

A good rule of thumb is 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests for a 4-hour event with no alcohol.

If you’re serving alcohol, add 15-20% more units. For events over 4 hours, double up after 4 hours. We’ll help you finalize the count based on your guest list, duration, and food/drink service.

Do you handle weddings?

Yes — we specialize in upscale wedding portable restrooms and luxury restroom trailer rentals.

For weddings we usually recommend our restroom trailers over standard porta potties for guest comfort. We coordinate placement with your venue and planner, set up early so everything’s ready before guests arrive, and remove cleanly the day after.

What's the lead time for booking a large event?

For events with 500+ guests or multi-day setups, book at least 4 weeks in advance during peak season.

Wedding season (April-October) and major festival weekends fill up quickly. Smaller events can usually be accommodated with 48-72 hours notice. The earlier you call, the more options you have on unit type and delivery time.

Can you provide portable restrooms for music festivals or concerts?

Yes — we handle festivals, concerts, and large outdoor events with multi-unit deployments.

For festivals we typically deploy a mix of standard porta potties, ADA units, and hand-washing stations. We can include on-site service crews for mid-event cleanings on multi-day events. Call to discuss volume pricing and service logistics.

How many porta potties does OSHA require for a construction site?

OSHA requires 1 portable restroom per 10-20 workers, with the exact ratio depending on workforce size.

For 20 or fewer workers, 1 unit is generally compliant. Above 20 workers, additional units are required to keep wait times reasonable. We’ll size the order to your crew count and shift schedule.

Do you offer monthly billing for construction projects?

Yes — long-term construction rentals are billed monthly with all servicing included.

Most construction customers set up recurring weekly service with a monthly invoice. We can flex the order up or down based on project phase — add units during peak crew weeks, remove them when subcontractors leave the site.

What porta potty features are important for construction sites?

Durable construction, secure door locks, and easy access for service trucks matter most for construction.

Construction-grade units are built tougher than event units — heavier-duty doors, vandal-resistant locks, easier-to-clean interiors. We’ll recommend the right unit type based on your site, length of project, and worker count.

Do I need a permit for a porta potty rental?

Most residential and construction rentals don’t require a permit, but some city ordinances and event permits do regulate them.

Check with your local municipality if the unit will be placed on a public sidewalk, street, or park. Most weddings and private events on private property don’t need a separate permit for the porta potty itself.

Who is responsible for getting the permit — you or me?

The customer (you) handles any required permits; we provide documentation if your permit application requires it.

We can supply unit specifications, capacity numbers, and our certificate of insurance if your city or venue asks for them. If you need help understanding what a local permit requires, ask us — we’ve worked through most of these in the cities we serve.

What happens if there's a storm or natural disaster?

We offer rapid-deployment portable restrooms for disaster relief, storms, and emergency response situations.

Patriot has experience servicing post-disaster sites where municipal water and sewer are offline. If your emergency requires fast turnaround, call us directly at (866) 654-4107 — we prioritize emergency requests over standard scheduling.
